Since 1991 as a Florida Building Contractor and Developer , and as Founding Principal and Director with Keller Williams Realty since 2008, he creatively matches enterprising solutions and practical answers, to his clients vision and needs. He has lived in Pinellas County, Florida over 35 years. He and his wife Karen enjoy living on Lake Tarpon and they spend time locally with their family, nieces and nephews. He is a leader and involved with his church and community. His specialty is Business Development, Marketing, Opertaions and Team  Building. Don's History of Commercial Real Estate includes Investment Income, Retail, Office, and Multifamily Buildings. Land Development and Industrial Assignments are additional areas of service. After running a successful company for over 30 years in San Diego California, Dan Lee relocated to Florida and joined forces with Don Moore at Keller Williams Realty Palm Harbor Market Center.  Don and Dan created the Tampa Bay Commercial Group. Their Team is a Top Producing Commercial Group in the market center and in the Tampa Bay greater area.
